This project consisted of adding an additional 14,000sqft to the areas of the gymnasium, change rooms,
public washrooms, storage areas, kitchen, weight room, gymnasium office and entrance foyer of the
collegiate.

LDA was responsible for the structural design and preparation of the contract working drawings for the
foundations, grade beams, floor systems and superstructure of the school building addition and minor
renovation to the existing building. We also provided construction phase services including job site
inspections and final certification upon completion.
